Road Hunting
I'm working on the road in No. Cal. This is across the street from my Hotel as I pulled out one morning.
In the front yard of an apartment building, on a 4 lane road!
If you live in the apartments...or just wait for a break in traffic;
The suggested "Taking Device" is of course the DAISY B-B GUN.
Preferably the Red Rider.
AVery quiet pop, then Shake & Bake.

Neighborhood REX
If you don't want your hood to look like a place to park junk cars, you might get the Zoning laws changed so as not to allow BILLBOARDS IN YOUR FRONT YARD!
That being said, the best way to Enlighten your local politicos & thier signage patrons may be an ancient but tried and true
FLAMING ARROW.
It's also pretty!
