Smokes are actually about a buck cheaper per pack in cal. than az. Go figger.
Only about 30% of folks still smoke so the remaining 70% vote to screw them in the name of "education / healthcare....etc."

The money goes into the general fund and is spent however the bastards who proposed the legislation see fit.
Pure democracy is leagalized gang-rape. I thuoght we lived in a representative republic.
